Purpose & How to Use This Page This page is the “CADdetails Products and Services page” referenced in the [Product-Specific Terms and Conditions](https://services.caddetails.com/legal/product-terms) and incorporated by reference into your Order Form. It describes the specific features, limits, and add-ons associated with your CADdetails package. This page does not include pricing. Pricing is set out in your Order Form and the [CADdetails Pricing Page](https://services.caddetails.com/pricing). Capitalized terms used on this page (e.g., “Client,” “Content,” “Prodify Core”) have the meanings given to them in the [General Terms of Use](https://services.caddetails.com/legal/client-terms-of-use). This page does not redefine them. ## 2. Overview CADdetails is the platform manufacturer Clients use to publish manufacturer-approved CAD, BIM, 3D models, specs, and brochures to the architects, engineers, and other specifiers who make product decisions, giving Clients visibility into specifier engagement with their content. ## 3. See Section 8 (Add-Ons). ## 4. Technical Member Program (TMP) TMP is Visions' in-house team preparing and maintaining your CAD, BIM, 3D models, and specification content on your behalf. TMP helps manufacturers keep their technical product assets accurate, complete, and consistent as products change and industry standards evolve: - **Assesses:** Find missing files, incomplete information, and quality issues. - **Coordinates:** Keep drawings, models, and written specifications aligned as products change. - **Develops & Maintains:** Build or improve the files designers need to select products for projects. - Included with Studio (prepares and maintains Client's CADdetails product content, i.e., whatever Client has published on the platform). - Available as a paid add-on for Showcase, Amplify, and Prodify Essentials and above. TMP currently includes 15 Technical Service Hours/year as a base allowance, whether bundled with Studio or purchased as a standalone add-on; additional hours are available (see Section 8). Deliverables Visions produces for Client under TMP are owned by Client upon delivery and full payment, per Section 4.2 of the [Product-Specific Terms and Conditions](https://services.caddetails.com/legal/product-terms). Additional terms specific to TMP are set out in the [Technical Member Program Schedule](https://services.caddetails.com/legal/tmp-schedule), which is incorporated by reference into your Order Form. Spec Builder Pro uses a Client's existing product assets to create, manage, and publish written AEC specifications. It is included at no additional charge for Clients enrolled in the Technical Member Program; Clients without TMP may add it as a paid add-on (see Section 8). ## 5. Design Hub Design Hub is a fully managed, branded product portal hosted on your own website. It includes Design Hub Analytics (high-intent visitor activity on your own site). Design Hub currently reflects the same core product and asset content displayed on CADdetails, without independent management controls at this time. - Included with Amplify. - Available as a paid add-on for Showcase and Studio. ## 6. Advertising & Premium Placement Advertising bundles extend a Client's visibility across CADdetails channels beyond the base subscription. Premium Placement is included with Amplify: Clients receive the Premium Onboarding Package in Year 1 and the Bronze package in Year 2 and beyond. The Premium Onboarding Package is also available as a standalone add-on for affiliated brands new to CADdetails, without requiring an existing Advertising Bundle. All advertising bundles (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are available as add-ons; all require an active CADdetails subscription. Bundle details are set out in the [CADdetails Media Kit](https://api.tryprodify.com/api/public/asset/0dffbfa1-f5cc-4052-8eda-50b54a2a4be3) and the Pricing Page. Customizable one-time marketing placements (e.g., homepage features, sponsored blog and newsletter features, video spotlights, social media campaigns, and targeted eBlasts) are available as add-ons to Clients with an active Advertising Bundle, as set out in the CADdetails Media Kit and the Pricing Page. ## 7. Prodify Core Every CADdetails subscription includes self-serve access to Prodify Core (Prodify's product information management and digital asset management functionality). The scope of that access (Product Families and Projects) matches your CADdetails package, including any additional Product Families or Projects purchased as CADdetails add-ons. Prodify Core does not include the additional storage, users, sharing capabilities, or other functionality available under paid Prodify subscription tiers; those are available only by upgrading to a paid Prodify plan. The terms governing Prodify Core are set out in the Prodify section of the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions and the [Prodify Services Description Page](https://www.tryprodify.com/services), not on this page. ## 8. Add-Ons The following add-ons are available to expand a Client's package. Add-on pricing is set out on the Pricing Page or your Order Form, not on this page. - **Additional Product Families:** increments above your tier's base allowance. - **Additional Projects:** increments above your tier's base allowance. - **Additional Analytics Seats:** for CADdetails Analytics or Design Hub Analytics. - **Technical Member Program:** see Section 4 above. - **Additional Technical Service Hours:** available in 5-hour blocks to both TMP and non-TMP Clients. TMP members receive a preferred rate; non-TMP Clients purchase at the standard rate. - **Spec Builder Pro:** see Section 4 above. - **Advertising Bundles:** see Section 6 above. ## 9. Changes to This Page Visions may update the features, limits, and add-ons described on this page from time to time to reflect changes to the Services. Updates to this page do not require a change to the [General Terms of Use](https://services.caddetails.com/legal/client-terms-of-use), consistent with the “Updates to Terms” section of those Terms.
